1- 5 POINT DISCOUNT FROM EMPLOYER SHARE DISABILITY, OLD-AGE AND DEATH INSURANCE
5 points of the employer’s share, which must be paid by private sector employers, of invalidity, old-age and survivors insurances calculated on the basis of premium earnings of the insured, is covered as a discount. The 5 point premium discount is applied as of 01.10.2008.
2- PREMIUM DISCOUNT FOR INSURED ESCORTED / SENT ABROAD
3- ADDITIONAL 6 POINT DISCOUNT
Within the scope of this discount applied for private sector employers, operating in 51 provinces low on the socio-economic development index and Bozcaada and Gökçeada districts, a 5-point discount on earnings, up to the upper limit of earnings subject to premium is provided. Afterwards a 6-point discount on invalidity, old-age and death insurance premiums calculated on earnings up to the lower limit of earnings subject to premium is provided. An additional 6 point premium discount is applied as of 01.01.2013.
By Decree of the President of the Republic of Turkey dated 25/12/2018 and numbered 503 and the Decree of the Council of Ministers dated 30/5/2013 and numbered 2013/4966 published in the Official Gazette dated 14/7/2013 and numbered 28707. The application period of the additional 6-point reduction, for the starting workplaces specified in the lists (I), (II) and (III) attached to the Council of Ministers Decision, has been extended until 31/12/2019.
4- PREMIUM INSURANCE INCENTIVE APPLIED IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE DECISIONS REGARDING STATE AID IN INVESTMENTS
5- EMPLOYMENT FOR YOUTH, WOMEN AND INSURED EMPLOYEE THAT HAS A VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE
For private sector employers, for the insured employed between 01.03.2011 and 31.12.2020, the entire insurance premium employer’s share calculated over their earnings based on insurance premium is covered as a discount. It came into effect at 01.03.2011. The coverage periods vary from 6 to 54 months depending on gender, documents held and age.
6- PREMIUM INSURANCE INCENTIVE IN THE EMPLOYMENT OF THE INSURED DISABLED
It has been ensured that the Ministry of Treasury and Finance covers all the insurance premium employer shares calculated over the lower earnings based on premium for the disabled individuals employed in private sector workplaces. It came into effect at 01.07.2008.
7- LEGAL BASIS WITHIN THE LAW ON SUPPORTING RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES:
For R&D / Design and support personnel and personnel whose wages are exempt from income tax pursuant to the provisional article 2 of the Law No. 4691, half of the insurance premium employer’s share calculated over the wages are compensated until 31.12.2023.

Turkish Employment Agency, for insured employees hired by private sector employers within three months of completion of training programs initiated until 12/31/2018, it was enabled to cover the entire employer’s share of the insurance premium, using the Unemployment Insurance Fund, to be calculated over the lower limit of earning based on insurance premium. It came into effect at 23.04.2015. Benefit periods vary between 30 and 48 months depending on the start date of the on-the-job training program and the sector.
